Styles of this app have not yet compiled so please run two steps below to fix the issue: 1. Go to Admin CP >> Choose Maintenance on menu >> Rebuild Core Theme. 2. After rebuilding, from Maintenance >> Cache Manager >> Clear Cache. Your Advanced Event app’s layout should render correctly now.
